Shipping

Shipping inside the UK:

·       All orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of payment unless there is a complication with your order, in which case you will be notified.

·       For all UK orders on our first launch the shipping cost will be covered by ourselves with a small 99p fee to cover packaging.

·       Please allow for 10 business days for processing time during/after holidays, sales or special events.

·       We do not guarantee arrival of shipments in time for any public holidays.

Domestic Shipping Options (within the UK):

·       Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48

International Shipping (outside UK):

·       We are now offering a reduced international shipping fee of only £4.00 on all orders. This will run for the first month from our launch date and will end on the 1st of October 2021.

·       we estimate International deliveries to take 3-10 business days to most countries, however this will vary.

·       Customs, duty and VAT charges may apply depending on the destination country.

·       Deliveries may be delayed due to Customs clearance that does not adhere to any time frame and can prolong delivery.

·       It is not uncommon for Customs agencies to take beyond 30 days to process some shipments, especially during high volume seasons like holidays.

·       No refunds or returns will be accepted for Customs fees paid or refusal of the package by not accepting Customs fees.

·       International orders will not be refunded for prolonged shipping as a result of Customs processing or delivery issues. The delivery and customs processing time varies and is unavoidable.

·       International shipments are only able to file a lost package claim 120 days after shipment.

Defected Goods

All of the Union Jacked products we produce go through stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, because of this we offer a full 60-day guarantee with all products and will exchange anything defective free of charge.

Shipping and returns

Return Policy

· We will happily accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!

o   Exchange requests can only be made for the same item in its ordered colour but in different/same sizes.

o   If your exchange request is not available due to stock restrictions , a refund will be issued instead.

· Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

· Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.

· Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

· Items with strong odours or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted

· If tags were attached when you received the item, please keep them attached and return any extras that were also present in the package.

· At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels, however this is something we are working on.

· If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.

· If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.
